How a Clearmark-administered program works

  1. 01

    Free case review

You submit a short case review form on the program's own site. A program coordinator screens it administratively and responds within 48–72 hours. This is not a medical determination.

  2. 02

    Private evaluation

If your profile fits the program, you book a paid video evaluation with the physician who would treat you. It ends with a written report. The evaluation fee is credited toward the program price.

  3. 03

A written decision — including 'not yet'

The evaluation can conclude that treatment is not the right decision at this time. The program says so in writing and, where appropriate, offers a re-evaluation later at no additional cost.

  4. 04

One written price, paid in stages

Clearmark issues one all-inclusive written quotation. Payments are made by deposit and balance under the program's published cancellation policy. Nothing is billed afterwards.

  5. 05

    Travel, treatment and recovery

Clearmark coordinates arrival, lodging and the recovery stay. Departure is a medical decision made by the treating physician, not a package limit.

  6. 06

    Follow-up under a written guarantee

Each program defines its own written surgical guarantee and follow-up schedule. Terms are provided in full before any payment.

Where the medicine lives

All clinical services in every program are provided by independent, locally licensed physicians and accredited facilities under their own professional responsibility. Clearmark's role begins and ends with administration.
