Clearmark does not practice medicine and does not provide medical services. Medical services within any program are provided exclusively by independent, locally licensed healthcare providers and facilities ("Providers") under their own professional responsibility and their own privacy obligations.
2. What this website collects
This corporate website does not contain forms and does not collect personal information or health information. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation.
3. Program websites
Each program administered by Clearmark has its own website and its own privacy policy, which governs the information collected there (including case-review forms and payment details). Please read the privacy policy of the program you are interested in.
4. Email and messaging
If you contact us by email, we will use the information you provide only to respond to you. Please do not send medical records or health information to Clearmark through these channels.

Clearmark is located in the United States. Programs we administer operate in Colombia. Information you provide to a program may be transferred between the United States and Colombia as described in that program's privacy policy.
